Yuma, Ariz., grower-shipper JV Smith Cos. is featured in a Fox Business Network to broadcast Sept. 20. The episode topic is “Healthier Food Choices.”

Scheduled air time is 4:30 p.m. Eastern.

“We all know that eating fruits and vegetables are important for quality and longevity of life, now we need to get that message into everyone’s minds,” Vic Smith, chief executive officer, said in a news release.

Last spring, the production company for the “In View with Larry King” series visited Yuma and filmed some of JV Smith’s efforts to promote nutritious eating — including the Power Play’te program and a garden established by the company at Gary Knox Elementary School
