VEGETARIAN BROCCOLI CAKES

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 cups chopped broccoli

3/4 cup coconut flour

2 eggs

1 tsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. chopped garlic

2 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Rough chop steamed broccoli in a food processor. Add to a

bowl of remaining ingredients.

Form into 2 inch patties and cook on a flat top grill or skillet

with vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
